We discussed the importance of continuous learning, maintaining a strong work ethic, and other key skills that can help them succeed in their careers. The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, proudly launched the TECH TITANS Technical Club, a dynamic platform designed to foster innovation, technical excellence, leadership, hands-on learning, and multidisciplinary collaboration, encouraging students to solve real-world challenges collectively. ?Key highlights of the event included the unveiling of the TECH TITANS logo, the release and signing of the TECH TITANS Policy Document, and the announcement of the Student Core Committee, reinforcing a structured, disciplined, student-led, and collaborative approach to technical growth. This initiative stands as a reflection of our strong commitment to igniting innovation, nurturing leadership, and enabling multidisciplinary collaboration among students.?? We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Management of KS Group of institutions for their constant encouragement and support in promoting academic excellence and student-centric initiatives. Our sincere thanks to our Principal Prof. Suresh K for his visionary leadership & guidance that made this programme a grand success. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning?, powered by SFJ Business Solutions, in collaboration with FutureSkills Prime: India?s Technology Skilling Hub, a NASSCOM initiative supported by the Government of India. ????? The session provided students with a foundational understanding of AI, ML, and Generative AI, showcasing their real-world applications and the career opportunities they open up in today?s rapidly evolving technology landscape. ???? An orientation session was also conducted on the free online courses offered through the FutureSkills Prime platform, encouraging students to upskill and become future-ready professionals. ?? Internship Orientation program was organised from 26th to 28th August 2024 aiming to equip the final year students with the necessary knowledge to excel in their upcoming internships. The orientation session envisioned to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical industry experience, providing students with insights into the expectations of the professional world. Respected Principal Prof. Suresh sir shared his valuable experiences and offered advice on how to maximize the benefits of internships. The Head of Departments emphasized the significance of internships in shaping students' future careers. KS Polytechnic continues to prioritize the professional development of its students, and the success of this Internship Orientation is a testament to the institution's dedication to preparing students for the challenges and opportunities of the modern workforce.
